Disneyland Paris: an employee commits suicide. Disney Press FP.
The old rec Disney had announced this sad news from yesterday.
This news had emerged as a news item on the Parisian of 22 February and we recall the text.

Aujourd’hui, dans certains magasins EURODIF, les conditions de travail affectent la santé des salariés. Les prises d’anxiolytiques, le nombre de plus en plus grand des arrêts maladie traduisent une détresse et une souffrance au travail intolérable.

 

NOUS SOMMES TOUS CONCERNES.

 

FORCE OUVRIERE accuse : des surcharges de travail, une pression commerciale, une mauvaise organisation du travail, un sous-effectif, une individualisation qui organisent l'isolement, un stress, une détresse et nourrissent la souffrance.

 

Les salariées de Nantes nous ont interpellé : le jeudi 20 octobre aura lieu à Nantes une réunion extraordinaire du CHSCT avec pour ordre du jour les conditions de travail.

FORCE OUVRIERE appelle les salariés à se faire entendre pour exiger que cesse le déni patronal sur les conditions de travail, que la société assume son obligation en matière de santé physique et mentale des salariés, que soit reconnue la pénibilité de leur travail.
